Beginner Workouts and Flow

These sessions are designed to help you put the movements together into complete workouts and a simple kettlebell flow.

Before starting, make sure you have worked through the Movement Library and feel confident performing the movements included in each session. Do not rush into the workouts if you are still unsure about your technique, positioning or control.

Take the time to revisit the relevant lessons, practise each movement individually and only progress when you can perform them safely and consistently.
