Coaching Beyond the Physical

Real clients. Real experiences.

My Coaching Journey

I started training when I was 18, and over the years I’ve explored a lot of different styles of fitness — from bodybuilding and powerlifting to CrossFit and calisthenics.

Each style taught me something different, but over time my approach to training changed. I became more interested in training the body as a whole — building strength, improving movement, and creating a body that not only looks strong, but functions well too.

The way I train today looks very different from when I first started. My training now includes kettlebells, weighted clubs, sandbags and calisthenics, giving me the freedom to move, build strength and challenge my coordination in different ways.

Kettlebell flow is one of the ways I particularly enjoy moving. Linking movements together with intention challenges not only my strength, but also my timing, focus and awareness.

Calisthenics has also remained a constant for me. I love being outdoors, and bodyweight training gives me the freedom to train almost anywhere.

These experiences have shaped the way I coach today. I don’t believe there is one perfect way to train. The goal is to find an approach that works for your body, your goals and your lifestyle — and that you can actually enjoy long term.

My training now blends kettlebells, weighted clubs, sandbags and calisthenics. I enjoy movement that challenges strength, coordination and focus whether that’s through kettlebell flow, bodyweight training or simply moving outdoors.

That variety has shaped the way I coach: there is no one perfect way to train. The best approach is one that works for your body, your goals and your life.

How I Coach

Training

Your training is built around your goals, training experience and current ability. We focus on the movements and amount of training that will give you the best return for the time you have available.

Nutrition

Nutrition doesn't have to mean tracking every calorie or macro. Depending on your goals, we may instead focus on food choices, portions, habits and understanding what your body needs to support your training and lifestyle.

Recovery

Training is only one part of the process.

We also look at sleep, stress, rest, daily activity, and how well your body is recovering. More exercise isn’t always better. Sometimes better results come from doing the right amount and giving your body enough time to adapt.

The goal isn't simply to do more — it's to give your body the right balance of training and recovery so it can actually adapt.

Making It Work With What You Have

You do not need a gym membership to work with me.

If you have access to a full gym, great. If all you have is your bodyweight, one kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells or a small space at home, we can build around that.

Qualifications & Experience

Over the past 3+ years, I’ve coached more than 200 clients across fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, strength, and general health. Working with such a wide range of people has reinforced one thing for me: there is no single approach that works for everyone.

I’ve also coached women managing conditions such as PMOS (formerly PCOS), further shaping the individualised approach I bring to each client.
